“Brad is honestly one of the most humble and pure YouTubers to exist right now,” said Tia R in the comment of The Rad Brad’s video.
If anyone told Bradley Colburn aka The Rad Brad ten years ago that he is going to be a full-time video game YouTuber, he would laugh it off and continue to work at Best Buy. 22-year-old Bradley never thought that he will become a respected gamer who have more than 11 million subscribers and 44 billion views on YouTube.
“You guys are awesome, thank you so much for sticking with me over the years. This has been a dream come true,” Bradley said in his video in November.
“Nine years ago, I didn’t think I’d ever do something like this. So, the fact that I have a voice in gaming at all is amazing. And that’s truly not even my doing. It’s more because of you guys.” He said.
In 2010, Bradley was just a common college student who recorded his gameplay videos and posted them online. At first, he didn’t make any money from it and made videos for just fun. But just like the snowball effect, his channel was growing bigger and he finally made up his mind and started up as professional full-time YouTuber.
What distinguishes his videos from other gamers is his chill and real vibe. He never screams or jumps up on purpose to attract views and seldom gets involved in drama. He makes videos with great passion and intentness.
As a YouTuber who has millions of fans, Bradley never forgets to express his gratitude in every video. Unlike others, he constantly gives acknowledgment to his fans and does giveaways to thank his fans.
“You guys put me at where I at and without you this channel wouldn’t exist so I just wanted to say thank you,” Bradley said.
